(MRF) is a humanitarian development organization specialized in providing health care to a person who is unable to obtain medication or the medical service it needs, and work to reduce the rate of diseases through the provision of medicines and medical and therapeutic services, and raise awareness of health to consolidate the concept of (prevention better than treatment) in a modern institutional framework based on standards of responsibility and social justice, and benefit from modern technology and effective partnership with The private sector, relevant governmental bodies, local and international humanitarian organizations working in the field of health, civil society institutions active, and those interested in providing health services under one umbrella for the service of man and society, through an integrated institutional work and a network of branches throughout the community.

General aims:
1. Establish a health care system for community members who are unable to afford medicine and medical services.
2. Enabling patients with health care services from medicine and medical and therapeutic services at the right time and place.
3. Rapid intervention to save lives and humanitarian response in the face of epidemics and health disasters, and to assist displaced, homeless, and affected people.
4. Raising health awareness and promote healthy practices and habits among the community.
5. Contribute to the social, psychological and material stability of the patient and his family, and bear the financial burden on them.
